I honestly cannot recommend Elle enough! I gave birth to my first child in December and it wasn’t the birth that I’d hoped for but because I’d been lucky enough to take Elle’s hypnotherapy classes, myself and my partner handled the situation a lot better than if we hadn’t. The classes were so laid back and Elle was amazing if we needed to change timings or days, she was so accommodating. My partner was pleasantly surprised at how much he learnt and actually remembered and bless him he managed to keep me calm and get through the birth. Thank you so much Elle!
I'm currently pregnant with my second little boy and Elle really helped talk me through ways I can create my own positive birth after my first birth was quite scary. Elle was so helpful in informing me what choices I had during my birth and brining the power back to me. Elle talked me through my rights in birth but also how to stay empowered. The overall session with Elle made me feel more informed and confident thinking and going into planning my second birth. I have planned another session with Elle closer to my due date to go over any other questions and my birth plan. I can’t rate Elle high enough x

I used Elle’s course with my second pregnancy and there was so much I didn’t know! She helped support me with choosing which pain relief I was happy to have (as my first pregnancy was fast) with going through pros and cons, helping with breathing techniques and affirmations to stay relaxed. Even after she has been such a support with all her knowledge. Definitely recommend - makes your pregnancy as much of a breeze as it can be
Elle did a birth chart reading for me - it was such a beautiful insite & it all made so much sense! It has so many points for exploration and building my confidence in other areas, and others for exploration and reflection. Elle described all the elements of the chart really clearly and gave a great overview view as well my specific reading. She’s got such a gentle and empowering way with her interpretations & words it’s a really lovely insight to have - I’d really recommend having a reading done!
