​I'm Elle, a birth doula and hypnobirthing teacher in Stroud, Gloucestershire, where I live with my husband and son.

I know the the journey through pregnancy to motherhood is transformational. It takes a lot of work, but you do not have to do this work alone.

As your doula, or hypnobirthing teacher, I will be there to support you every step of the way - during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I believe the most important birth prep you can do is work on yourself. Which is why my services combine education with deep connection and support.

I share my knowledge and expertise on all things birth to ensure you feel confident, calm, and informed. I will be there for you on this beautiful journey to motherhood and will guide you along the inner work that comes with this transition.

You also have the option to combine my birth support with astrology - I will look at your birth chart and weave it's wisdom into my care. This helps you gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your needs, builds confidence in your intuition, and can provide you with so much healing and acceptance. It's a really beautiful tool to use that can take your preparation for birth and motherhood to the next level. 

I support families in Gloucestershire, through the Cotswolds, and in parts of Wiltshire, Bristol, Somerset, Worcestershire, Herefordshire, and Oxfordshire. My hypnobirthing course and other sessions are available online.
