Doula Support
I offer a range of doula support packages designed to support you and your individual needs. I'll be there for you every step of the way during pregnancy, by your side during your birth, and to lean on during postpartum. My doula care is full of education, support, and connection.
Hypnobirthing Course
Everything you need to know to be prepared for giving birth. You will feel knowledgeable, confident, and calm about giving birth, and you will be able to make informed decisions that are right for you and for your baby. Available online or face to face (if local to Nailsworth/Stroud)
Moon Magic Circle
A beautiful circle around every New Moon to support you with your preparation for birth and motherhood. A safe space to block out the noise, go inwards and connect with yourself, your feelings, your needs, your intuition, your body, and your baby.
Birth Chart Reading
We'll take a look at your birth chart and I'll explain what it means. I'll introduce you to your 'big 3' - your sun, moon, and rising sign, and get to know who you really are, and what you really need. You'll get a document full of useful info to keep!
Power Hour
An hour session where we can discuss whatever you want regarding birth and parenting: birth plans, your newborn, where to give birth, or as a refresher of my course as you get closer to labour.
Birth Plan
I will walk you through my birth plan template and fill it out for you! You just need to tell me what you want, and I'll do the rest.
Postpartum Plan
Planning for postpartum is also soooo important. We will discuss the postpartum period and work out exactly what you do and don't want.
Postpartum Support
The postpartum period can be the most beautiful, overwhelming time. It is full of opposite emotions. I can support you through it and be there for you emotionally and practically.
