Journaling for Birth Prep

the power of journaling!

It helped me MASSIVELY when I was pregnant (and continues to now in motherhood), and I know it played such a big part of my birth prep. It's something soooo simple but so effective, and it's completely free!

Here's how it helped me:

  • It helped me to acknowledge all of my feelings and process them - especially any fears and anxieties about birth

  • I connected with my intuition and built more confidence and trust in it

  • Gave me space to listen to what I actually wanted and how I truly felt Helped me to trust and surrender

  • It supported me as I challenged my beliefs around birth, motherhood, and myself. and where they stemmed from

  • I got to know and understand myself more

  • Soooo much healing and self acceptance

  • Helped me go inward and block out opinions and expectations of others

  • Built more confidence and trust in myself and my decisions

If you're pregnant and you haven't got a journal yet - this is your sign to get one!! there are so many benefits of journaling and it can have such a positive impact on your pregnancy, birth prep, birth experience, and motherhood journey.

start by just writing - give it a try and see what comes out! if you need some prompts then I've got two free guides fullll of them to help you with birth and postpartum - download them here!
